“Make some gloss with me” DIY Lip Gloss Kit

I am over the moon as far as the love I have for this kit. It helped me connect with my inner 10-year-old. I have a long TINY little rubber spatula to scrape the bottom of cosmetic containers, and i scraped out some kiki glosses that i have previously purchased but the colors didnt look right on me, and was able to modify them with these colors and save them! I, personally, prefer heavily colored and tinted glosses, so this kit was perfect to make my own, repurpose empty gloss tubes i had used, and 'edit' other glosses of mine. It was a very practical and super fun purchase!!! And, there is more than enough in the kit, too!

One thing i will say is that i think that perhaps the balance of gloss and oil maybe is perfect as is, but when i added flavoring and the liquid pigments, it seemed a little difficult to fully integrate together. Seemed like the flavor (at least the marshmallow) wanted to sit on top, but it worked out! Maybe separate the base and coconut oil in future kits?

This was a fantastic deal! So fun. I might see if my niece wants the 2nd kit.

This is such a fun little kit! I really enjoyed making the gloss, but there is definitely a learning curve to filling the lip gloss tube. I went straight for the berry pigment and added both glitters (I might have added a couple glitters I already had so I could change it just a bit more). I think it actually turned out pretty! I have plenty of base left and I filled 2 tubes.

I wanted this kit because I love all your products and the packaging is too cute to throw away, so why not refill them. It's a really great kit if you're learning how to make lipgloss for yourself, I found getting the amounts right to be really tricky, and this kit makes it so easy.
