For Christmas I bought body butter and scrub for daughter. The body butter arrived cracked and leaking. My daughter informed me this was a known issue. I emailed photo of damaged product, receipt and photo of shipping box. I asked for reimbursement; response was I would be reimbursed. Then I started getting emails from “route” confusing confusion. Route wanted access to my computer camera, a picture of my ID, and last 4 digits of SS# and relayed that this info would be kept in their data base for 10 years. This was unacceptable and I informed Kikiz I was not comfortable with this; no response. Buyer beware. I will not be ordering anymore Kikiz.
