Refund policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges of products. If your product is damaged please contact kikizcosmetics@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery. Emails will need to include order number, a description of damage, and pictures to verify. If it is decided that your product is damaged, a refund or replacement will be sent at the discretion of the buyer. If your product is deemed to not be damaged (at the discretion of seller) you will not receive replacement or refund. In some cases, a gift card will be emailed to buyer. **Damaged product includes crack, discoloration upon arrival, malfunction with wand or tube. It does not include air spaces that are normal when wand is removed and gloss is displaced around tube.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
