I ordered three lip glosses and one of them the stopper is stuck in the top wand area and I am unable to get it out. Reached out to customer support when items arrived. Then again to follow up. No return email or help with my broken lip gloss. So 2/3 were good.
Love everything about this gloss! Just the right amount of shimmer and color.
